Tasting at 3-4 wineries, or take your time at 2. You can always extend past the 4 hours if you like to enjoy your Baroda, Stevensville, Berrien Springs, Bridgeman and New Buffalo area.


Email or Call for Evenings Out on the Town at 55.00 Per Hour, with a 2 hour min, Meals, Chauffer Gratuity not Included, extending a wine tour is billed in 15 min segments at 50.00 per hour. Time of tours start at passenger loading, and when unloading back at pickup point. Wine tours are Non Refundable 30 days prior to tour. A 300.00 charge will be applied for Biohazard Clean or smoking in any vehicle. There are no refunds of any kind due to weather

Should I tip my chauffeur/driver?

Yes, if the client is pleased with the service they received. A recommended 20% gratuity is appreciated by our drivers.

What is the method of payment that Lighthouse Concierge accepts?

A credit card is required at the time of booking a reservation. We accept (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover), or cash. Tipping in Cash is acceptable.

When will my credit card be charged?

A pre-authorization of your card is done 48 hours in advance of your pickup time. Lighthouse Concierge Limousine will charge your card after the reservation has been completed within 24 to 72 hours.

Do you offer corporate or personal Open Accounts?

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made with us from a variety of options. We accept reservations via phone, email, through our website or through our mobile app.

How far in advance should I make my airport reservation?

This varies based on the time of year. Airport service should be called in within at least 72 hours of the pickup date. We do try to accommodate all last-minute requests for transportation, but cannot always guarantee that there are vehicles available. 

Can I book a vehicle “right now”?

Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?

No. Smoking is absolutely prohibited. A $300 fee will be charged for any smoking, including electronic cigarettes. 

What is a cleaning deposit and is this deposit refundable?

Lighthouse Concierge may require the customer to provide a damage deposit of $250.00 “upfront” for potential mishaps. If, during or after the transportation service, the company is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food & drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash), the company, at its discretion, will charge client additional fees to cover such expense.  Damage to the vehicle in any way caused by actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client.  The minimum clean up fee is $250. Cleaning deposits will be refunded “only after” the vehicle has returned to Lighthouse Concierge’s garage and has been fully inspected. Biohazard clean up fee is a min of 350.00

Can I request a particular driver?

Yes. Contact your reservation agent to assure you have a profile and ask that they assign certain drivers that you prefer if they are available, we will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee.

Are your drivers properly certified? 

Each of our drivers have a valid chauffer’s license, our vehicles are inspected by a state-certified mechanic, and properly insured. 

Can I Contact Lighthouse to give Feedback about my experience?

Yes, you most certainly can, please contact us at or call the booking line and ask to speak to a manager.

What are your procedures on waiting time and how much is the waiting time charge?

Our grace period is defined as fifteen (15) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time. Exceeding the grace period will result in wait time charges. Wait time will be charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle in fifteen (15) minute increments. 

As a courtesy, Lighthouse Concierge is able to monitor all commercial flights to minimize the wait time. 

Lighthouse Concierge does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged and incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 15 minutes.

Lighthouse Concierge does not monitor train, bus or other transit schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arrival is delayed by more than 15 minutes.

Are babies born with the ability to smile?

Yes. Smiling is a natural, innate response with which babies are born. Babies can actually smile when exposed to happy environments even if they are unable to see anyone smiling around them.

Is smiling healthy?

It is impossible to determine the exact number of calories burned, but studies have suggested that 10-15 of smiling per day can burn between 10-40 calories. Do it often!
